It usually starts with a conversation, often because someone who's worked with us suggested it. You tell us what's been sitting with you, and we listen — to what you say and to what you don't.
From there, we look closely. We speak with your people one at a time and review whatever you put in front of us, until we can see where what you're being told no longer matches what's actually happening — including what no one inside will tell you.
